We may or may not require you to send the item back. Usually a picture will suffice.Size IssuesWe encourage you to review the size charts before ordering but it you do need to return an item because of size we will issue a refund of 100% of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we are unable to send out exchanges for a different size. After receiving your refund, you can repurchase the item from the store.Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or if there are any issues with your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
