If they are unable to solve the problem, you will be issued an return authorization to return your product for a full refund.The Fine PrintReturns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your product. Products must be in original condition. Unwashed and unworn.Returns for defective goodsIf your product was received damaged or is poor quality, we will send a replacement item. We may or may not require you to send the item back. Usually a picture will suffice.Size IssuesWe encourage you to review the size charts before ordering but it you do need to return an item because of size we will issue a refund of 100% of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we are unable to send out exchanges for a different size. After receiving your refund, you can repurchase the item from the store.Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
