Refund policyReturns We may be Outlaws, but we believe in the golden rule. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a return authorization.If you have an issue simple email us at suport@theoutlawdepot.com and one of our gang will do whatever possible to make it right. If they are unable to solve the problem, you will be issued an return authorization to return your product for a full refund.The Fine PrintReturns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your product. Products must be in original condition. Unwashed and unworn.Returns for defective goodsIf your product was received damaged or is poor quality, we will send a replacement item. We may or may not require you to send the item back. Usually a picture will suffice.Size IssuesWe encourage you to review the size charts before ordering but it you do need to return an item because of size we will issue a refund of 100% of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we are unable to send out exchanges for a different size. After receiving your refund, you can repurchase the item from the store.Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or if there are any issues with your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Original shipping charges are not included in the refund amount.Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@theoutlawdepot.com.
